AP ICET 2013 Second Phase Web Counselling Seat Allotments Download 2013:
Andhra Pradesh ICET 2013 Second Phase Web Counselling was started on 28th September, 2013 and 29th September, 2013. The APSCHE board had successfully completed the ICET 2013 Second Phase counselling by 29th September, 2013. Now all the candidates who are participated can download the seat allotment order from the link which is given below.
After successful completion of the seat allotment candidates are advised to submit their allotment in respective colleges which is mentioned in the allotment on or before last date.
As we seen some candidates(Brokers) are offering Some amount of money to the ICET qualified candidates if they give the Scratch card to them. If the candidate(Student) gave the scratch to a person( Brokers) then the broker will do something to get a seat in a college which the student wants join. By doing so like this the Broker will get amount for every candidate admission.
If this Process goes on means then there will no value to educational system. This will collapse all the power in students. The Government Should take some necessary actions immediately for this type situations.
